Would you dance in the kitchen in the middle of doing chores or cooking dinner just because? Do you listen to hear, or wait for the other person to finish speaking so you can say your piece?

I'm not crazy about online dating, but... the world is a narrow bride, and life's an adventure. I'm very close to my family, and have two grown and successful kids, who now have beautiful, adorable kids of their own who are my favorite little humans in the world. I have 4 dogs, all strays that I found, healed, and now spoil.
I grew up in 3 different countries, speaking 4 different languages, so my life, my interests, and my friends, like me, are very eclectic and ethnically and culturally mixed. I know who I am, and I'm a proud Jew and even prouder of being Israelí.

I've been told that I don't look my age,and that I could lie about my age, lol, but I EARNED every one is these years with experiences and a good life, so why erase any of them. Plus, I don't like lies, and don't like being lied to, either.

I dance for fun and passion, and staying fit. Argentine Tango, Ballroom, Salsa, Bachata. I also train in defensive arts weekly, and love it. So it's not unusual for me to go from exercise clothes, to jeans, then to a cocktail dress in the same day, or definitely all in the same week.

I am drawn to a man who is confident about himself (not arrogant), who knows who he is, but is also strong enough to say when he's unsure or to be emotionally vulnerable. I'm attracted to a man who is close to his family, yet is happy to watch them fly by using the wings he gave them.
A man who is fit and stays in shape attracts me not only because he obviously, looks better, but also because it shows his dedication and his ability to commit to hard work, as well as his ability to enjoy something even though it takes effort... and because it usually means that he doesn't take his partner's physical interest in him for granted. We don't have to like the same methods to stay in shape, but I think it would be fun to at least try each other's.

Chemistry, both physical and mental, is a must, don't you think? So are shared values, openness, loyalty, and honesty.

I've been noticing lately how many people on this site allow certain political figures live rent-free in their brains. I'm only interested in a man who bases his views of the world from actual facts, not from a particular ideology, a particular figure, popular propaganda, and oft-repeated "opinion." We don't have to agree, but common sense is important to me.

Please be local. Long-distance just doesn't work for me, and I'm not looking for a pen pal. Since I'm hoping to find what will, hopefully, become a long-term, permanent relationship, being able to meet face-to-face is a basic criteria, no? :)
